We are currently recruiting a Supply Chain and Marketing Coordinator

Back in 2011 we started with a blank piece of paper and had the idea of launching an exciting new business focused on the rapidly growing Global wind farm market. These windfarms will be operating for up to, and perhaps beyond, 25 years. This provides a substantial and sustainable market opportunity, specifically in providing the parts and services necessary to keep these wind turbines running.

In 2014, three years after we launched the business, we broke through the £1m turnover milestone and we have been blessed to see that continue to grow. There are several key success factors in this journey.

One of them is our passion to add value to our clients and to treat them the way that we would want to be treated. In fact, this is one of our core company principles.

We have successfully delivered spare parts and services from as far away as America and New Zealand and across Europe in between. Our core market is in the UK, which is the third largest market in Europe and we are one year into an exciting global expansion by franchising our business to carefully selected entrepreneurs.

We see great potential to expand our business even further. To achieve this, we have decided to invest in a talented, ambitious and adventurous new member to join our “small but beautifully formed” team at our Headquarters in the lovely Banbridge town in the County Down.

We specifically want to attract a person who will thrive in a highly interactive environment being able to accurately capture and communicate information. Someone who can inspire and influence others to achieve their objectives. Someone who will relish the challenge of working as a team focused on collective success and who will stay the course to grow with the company.

Role

- You will be a key member of our Supply Chain team, where you will research sources of spare parts via the internet and over the phone, confirm prices and lead times, and negotiate best solutions. -

- You will produce and record quotes, place orders and proactively track them to ensure they are on time to meet our customer commitments. -

- You will front our advertising to recruit new Franchises to our business from across the Globe, responding to and filter applicants through email, telephone and video calls. -

- You will coordinate the training of these new Franchises, ensuring that you have all of their paperwork and equipment ready and that our team are fully prepared to deliver the agenda. -

- You will maintain and develop our marketing material inclusive of presentations, scripts, brochures, internal and external newsletters. -

- You will be emotionally mature, confident, discerning and have a highly developed ability of “getting your way” whilst leaving the other parties feeling good about doing so. -

- You will be optimistic and joyful so that the rest of us enjoy having you in our team. -

- You will be intelligent, demonstrated by your past achievements in academia and/or
in the university of life; with sufficient experience to quickly learn about our
company and contribute to its exciting growth. -
